The Interzone contract is for operational E-Commerce web services. The SLA is to make sure each client is happy and taken care of. SLA's start at 1-2 hours per month (minimum). SLA's are available in month to month, quarterly, and yearly fluxulations. The minimum SLA will never go away but the ability to "flex the SLA" is another great benefit. Think about seasonal companies that may need additional reporting, tracking, and web work for a 3 month period. For those three months every year we increase the SLA to take care of the additional banner advertising effors, higher traffic and consequential work, and custom design and emails blasts. Interzone is proud to include single month non-cumulative rollover of unused SLA time. This means you can use any unused time from the previous months SLA time in the next month. This time is not cumulative, so only a fraction (up to 100%) of the standard monthly contractual SLA may be rolled over into the next month. So if you have a busy month in the shop you don't have to worry about using your LA time, you can take care of it next month. The wish list (per terms of service on your E-Commerce site) is held private to the development company (Interzone) and the shop owner. Privacy is a very important element of keeping your users happy, but this important information can help the shopper and the shop owner.

  • Wish List tracking shows what people are putting in the "soft cart" with (available) information on the geolocation of the shopper, the email address, and traffic history on each site.
  • The wish list requires an account (this is how the wish list is tracked) so we have IP address and email (or more) information for each wish list.

    • Targeted banner ads based on the wish list contents. An example: if everything in a shoppers wish list has the tag of "red" (red shirt, red shoes, red bag) the banner ad placement engine will place more "red" items.
    • Shopper notification systems can alert shoppers to new items, sales, similar items, and other products based on the contents and habits of the wish list. This is an amazing way to cross market products.
    • The wish list (including the history of the shopper) can act as a "seed" to email and other automated communication systems. We use the habits of the shoppers to market an increasingly focused product line.
    • Inline cross product injections will place suggestions focused on the wish list and habits of the shopper. These suggestions begin as random seeds (unregistered user) and evolve into a "scored" system that places injected information based on sales, click throughs, wish list contents, history, estimated desireability (one of several factors we use in our artificial intelligence marketing systems.
